The Church Planting Process
The Church Planting Process
You are about to embark on a process that will not only change people, families, cities, states, and nations, but that will change you as well. Vineyard Church of North Phoenix is committed to church planting and has planted several churches in the Greater Phoenix area. We hope to see dozens and dozens of new churches begin both domestically and internationally in the coming years. We have created a process to help raise up, train, and develop the men and women who will lead in these new churches. This course of action is not something that anyone wants to rush, but rather it is a process that is concerned with your personal and spiritual formation. The details, worksheets, articles, and process items are designed to help you to grow as a leader and as a future church planter.
The process is to be led by you, the potential church planter. The potential church planter is the person who should take initiative; this development process is to be self-directed. All of the necessary resources to complete the objectives for this process can be found here.
We are excited that God is calling you to be a part of His great plan, as together we seek to extend the Kingdom of God by reaching the least and the lost of our world.
God bless,
The Pastoral Staff
