He is Able: Financial Impact - How Will This Happen (Part 1)
The building project includes the 67,000 square foot 2,150-seat auditorium with new bookstore, coffee bar and lobby; expanded children's ministry building; compassion building; maintenance building; renovation of existing buildings; and new parking lot. The project also includes upgraded sound and video equipment, chairs, carpeting and all the extras needed to make the buildings functional.
The Cost
The cost for the building project will be approximately $18.5 million dollars. Although that's the price now, we are aware that costs do have a tendency to increase. We will always strive to keep the costs as low as possible and still have a facility in which we can fulfill the ministry that God is calling us to.
Our Financial Situation
Vineyard Christian Fellowship of North Phoenix is in a healthy financial condition. Due to the generous and faithful giving of our members, and wise financial stewardship, we have paid a lot of the cost to build our existing building. We currently pay only 8% of our income each month towards this debt.
The Need
We would like to raise most of the $18.5 million dollars through the financial gifts of VCNP members and friends. It’s a simple equation; the more we raise, the less we borrow. And the less we borrow, the more money we have to invest into the lives of the people God brings our way.
