- Psalm 16:1 (NLT) Keep me safe, O God, for I have come to you for refuge.
- Psalm 16:2 (NLT) I said to the Lord, “You are my Master! All the good things I have are from you.”
- Psalm 16:3 (NLT) The godly people in the land are my true heroes! I take pleasure in them!
- Psalm 16:4 (NLT) Those who chase after other gods will be filled with sorrow. I will not take part in their sacrifices or even speak the names of their gods.
- Psalm 16:5 (NAS) The Lord is the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You support my lot.

Don’t skimp on colors and scarves. Relish life with the spouse you love each and every day of your precarious life. Each day is a God’s gift. It’s all you get in exchange for the hard work of staying alive. Make the most of each one! Whatever turns up, grab it and do it. And heartily…”
- Psalm 16:10 (NLT) For You will not leave my soul among the dead or allow your godly one to rot in the grave.
