November Single's Events
Saturday 11/7/09 at 4:00pm - Prayer Garden and DinnerDo you know we have a prayer garden in Phoenix? Join us as we visit Canaan in the Desert, a prayer garden located at 9849 North 40th Street (south of Shea Boulevard) in Phoenix. We will meet at the church at 4:00pm and carpool to the prayer garden. We will then go out for dinner.
Friday 11/20/09 at 7:00pm - Feed the Homeless-Preparation
We are going to feed the homeless this month. In preparation, join us on Friday 11/20/09 at 7:00pm at Ed Sweeten's house located 6257 North 88th Avenue in Glendale. We will make sandwiches for the homeless that we will distribute the next day.
Saturday 11/21/09 at 9:00am - Feed the Homeless
The night before we prepared the food, now is the time to distribute the food to the homeless. Join us on Saturday 11/21/09 at 9:00am at Ed Sweeten's house located 6257 North 88th Avenue in Glendale and from there we will go to several parks to feed the homeless.
Monday 11/23/09 at 6:30pm - Thanksgiving Purchases
It is time for the singles to purchase food for the Thanksgiving Food Basket Giveaway sponsored by the Church. We are looking for volunteers to help purchase food to complete the food baskets the Church will be giving away. We will meet at the Church on Monday 11/23/09 at 6:30pm and dinner will be provided. The volunteers will be split up into teams to go to several grocery stores to purchase the needed food items.
Friday 11/27/09 at 7:00pm - Thanksgiving Fellowship and Praise Potluck
Join us on Friday 11/27/09 at 7:00pm in the Church Youth auditorium for our Thanksgiving Fellowship and Praise Potluck. Bring a dish to share along with a drink. We encourage you attend this special night of fellowship and praise.
