For those of you who were not able to be in church this past weekend, I wanted to let you know that we WON the Conditional Use Permit hearing last Thursday night at the City of Glendale! Thank you for your prayers and support in this hearing. To those of you who attended this hearing, your presence there made a big difference! Thank you so much!

I am sending you this e-mail to let you know about an exciting new venture I’ve been working on.
While there are many good Bible study books available, very few of them are written from the “Empowered Evangelical” perspective that we have in the Vineyard. To help fill that void I am co-authoring, along with Glynnis Whitwer, a Bible study series called, “Kingdom Living”.

As many of you know, we have been working on getting our Conditional Use Permit with the City of Glendale in order to be able to build our new worship auditorium, compassion building, and children’s ministry addition.
The next step is for us to have a “Conditional Use Permit Meeting” with the City of Glendale’s Planning Commission.

Happy Easter!
I am happy to report that we WON at the board of adjustments meeting last night at the City of Glendale!! It was a very intense, tense, and hard fought battle by both sides. But, by the end of the night, we were approved for our 45 foot height variance to build our new worship auditorium!
