pg 113 in Beth's book (near the bottom) asks "how long will the captivity last?", and refers to Jeremiah 25:11-12. I went further back (which is always good practice when reading God's word), to Jeremiah 25:1. The word that came to Jeremiah was "in the first year (reign) of King Nebuchadrezzar. Interesting!
- Do you see how satan has attempted to use God's Holy vessels (us) as unholy, all throughout history?
- Cleanse us of any unholiness in your sight, oh precious heavenly Father. We want to be free from any earthly idols. In the precious name of Jesus we ask for more of you, Lord. More Holy Spirit. More of you Jesus! Lord I ask that you protect each of my sisters with more of your covering. Thank you for your blood Jesus that makes us your "Holy vessels." WOW! We serve an awesome and amazing Savior!
Is anyone else surprised by how often, and how consistently, Babylon is mentioned in The Good Book?
You are right. I am very surprised and feel like me eyes have been "opened" during this study. The Babylon of Rev 18 sounds a little too familiar, if you get my meaning. :-)
Love you Sister!
Isn't this thrilling!

- Day 2 Why is the Babylon symbolically described as a prostitute?
- Day 3 How does revelation 18 describe Babylon's excessiveness and wealth?

Each day try to quote Daniel 2:20-23
Some of you may not remember it, so here it is.
- I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, our Lord,, Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary;Suffered under Pontius Pilate;was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hell; The third day He rose again from the dead;He ascended into heaven, and sittith at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian Church, the communion of saints;the forgiveness of sins;the resurrection of the body; And life everlasting. Amen.

- I desire to dwell in the shelter of You, the Most HIgh. I will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of you Lord, "You are my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust" (Psalm 91:1-2 -read all of Psalm 91, awesome!!!).
- Faithful Lord, because you are my help, I will sing in the shadow of Your wings. My soul clings to You, and your right hand upholds me (Psalm 63:7-8).
