VCNP Leadership Monthly for July 2009
July, 2009

Greetings!
The Vineyard bearing fruit... What I see...
When I look at our campus and our new facilities, I am encouraged by what I have seen happen and by what I believe I can see happening in the future here at Vineyard North Phoenix. Here are some of the things I "see":
I see a church truly impacting its community for Christ.
I see a group of people who are investing their lives so others may move from being ordinary people into becoming extraordinary followers of Christ.
I see a church growing increasingly multi-ethnic and multi-generational. I love that!
I see our large future Auditorium where I believe not just hundreds, but thousands of lives will be changed for the future... where our friends, family, and co-workers will come to experience God.
I see a church staff who have been flexible and self-sacrificing as we have worked through, and are continuing to work through, the financial difficulties of the past couple of years.
I have seen the best in our leaders as some have stepped it up not only one notch, but a few notches, to fill slots needing a leader.
I see a Compassion Ministry which ministers to hundreds in our community, and which will increase in the coming years the amount of people we are able to minister to on a weekly basis.
I see a church that values children and youth. I see a Children's building and Youth building where lives are being touched and changed at the best time possible for Christ. (80% of people who give their life to Christ do so before the age of 18.)
I see a church where the mission of Christ is being done where we are reliant on Jesus to move beyond a superficial faith to a life of supernatural living.
I see a church that wants to really experience God.
I see a healing community where people can carry each other's burdens.
I see people making up a church body I am proud to be a part of.
God Bless you for being a part of this great, fruit-producing adventure!
Love,
Brian
