      1. I Cor. 12:11 (NLT) It is the one and only Spirit who distributes all these gifts. He alone decides which gift each person should have.
      2. Romans 12:8b (NLT) If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously.
    2. The wonder of being envisioned by God.
    3. The wonder of being equipped by God in your leadership.
    4. The wonder of being empowered by God for the demands of leadership.
      1. II Tim. 4:16-17 (NLT) 16The first time I was brought before the judge, no one came with me. Everyone abandoned me. May it not be counted against them. 17But the Lord stood with me and gave me strength so that I might preach the Good News in its entirety for all the Gentiles to hear.
