Dear Pastor David,

Hey There This is Marc Payne...I hope all things are going well!!!A co-worker of my wife's attends there and has a family member who is deaf and says she really likes the church. She told me about the new sanctuary and how there will be a service on the 14th of March and that soon there will be 1 service on Saturdays and 2 on Sundays. Yall are in our thoughts and I always say a small prayer for yall when I see the bumper stickers on the cars.

God Bless Yall real Big!!!

Sincerely,

Marc Payne and family!!!

Hello, its Jim again...:)This is the new e-mail we have from WOW (wideopenwest)...thought I would send it to you since I actually have a moment now. This is July 27,2009 and it is our 35th wedding anniversary so it is a special time.I hope this note finds all of you well and having a ball...heh.I am still fixing computers in my spare time and just repaired my fifth laptop...Im either getting smarter or Im still incredibly lucky with technology (as usual...>_< ) This state is in pretty bad shape as far as jobs go.There are no summer jobs for the young people because the laid-off auto workers are getting them!Imagine buying gas from an engineer or a sandwich at 7-11 from a design specialist! We are at roughly 23.5 % unemployment so it helps to know how to pray.Don't know when we can see you again as money is tight. Will probably hit Wisconsin by car for vacation. They can't take that away yet. Be happy:)...........love, your brother Jim and Manette.

Hey Dave!

This is Lori Bird! I don't know if you remember me but I attended the church for several years in the late 90's and early 2000's. Sam Powers and I were both deputy sheriff's and started the security there at the church before we both left and moved out of state. I just wanted to let you know that I became a Registered Nurse and now work in Colorado Springs! I know that you were an ER nurse before becoming a full time pastor at VCFNP so I thought I would let you know that I made it! I have plans to evenually work in the ER but I wanted to get some solid Med/Surg experience first so I'm working on a Renal/Diabetic unit!

Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and to let you know that I miss you all very much! I hope VCFNP is still growing strong!

God Bless,

Lori Birdloriabird@msn.com
