Heather Richards came to VCNP in December 2001 and joined the Vineyard Kids Staff as the Infant Toddler Coordinator in 2003. Heather has served in Children's Ministry for more than 20 years, beginning as a student helper. Her desire is that children who attend week after week receive a positive first experience of a loving God, that is demonstrated by volunteers modeling that same love and care.
