"Bring a Friend" Series Reminder
I am writing to remind you about our "Bring a Friend" series we are currently doing at Vineyard Church North Phoenix. The series is called, "The Case for Christianity" and this coming weekend I will be talking about "The Case for the Bible." I think it will be a great service to bring unchurched friends, coworkers, neighbors, or loved ones to.
I want to encourage you to be inviting some people to these services! You never know what a simple invitation might do in someone's life. People's entire eternity can get changed through your invitation! Inviting people to a Vineyard service is one of the easiest ways to fulfill the evangelistic mandate Jesus has given all of His Followers.
You might feel like a message such as "The Case for the Bible" doesn't really apply to you because you already believe the Bible. But, do you really know WHY you believe the Bible? If an unchurched person asked you why you think the Bible is reliable, would you be able to answer them intelligently? After this weekend, you WILL be able to answer them about that intelligently! I think you will learn a lot personally from the message this weekend.
Anyway, I wanted to e-mail you and encourage you to prioritize this weekend's service, and all of the services in this series, along with encouraging you to invite some unchurched people to come along with you. I hope you do both!
