Alpha
You’re invited to Alpha!
Alpha is a place where adults of all ages can find out more about the meaning of life. And no question is seen as too simple or too hostile. Alpha is a practical introduction to the basics of Christianity with loads of opportunity for debate and discussion. Each night starts with a free dessert, after the dessert there is a short talk about that night's topic. After each talk there is a small group time for everyone to discuss any questions or issues they have.
Alpha consists of a series of 10 talks on topics such as:
- Who is Jesus and why did He die?
- How can I be sure of my faith?
- Why and how should I read the Bible?
- How does God guide us?
- Why and how do I pray?
- How can I resist evil?
- Does God heal today?
- And much more!
