Growth Track a simple three-part journey that helps you get connected, discover how God wired you, and find your place to make a difference.

Step One: Get Connected

When: First Sunday of every month
Where: Multi-Purpose Auditorium
What You’ll Learn:
  • The heart, story, and vision of our church
  • Our leadership structure and beliefs
  • How to officially become a partner
Why It Matters: Find out if VC is the place where you can plant your roots and flourish (Psalm 92:13).

Step Two: Discover Your Design

When: Second Sunday of every month
Where: Multi-Purpose Auditorium
What You’ll Do:
  • Take a personality and spiritual gifts assessment
  • Explore how your design reveals your destiny (Ephesians 2:10)
  • Gain clarity on your unique calling
Why It Matters: You’re not here by accident. Discover how you were created to make a difference.

Step Three: Make A Difference

When: Third Sunday of every month*
Where: Multi-Purpose Auditorium
What You’ll Experience:
  • Learn how to make an impact at VC
  • Get introduced to Team Leaders and Pastors
  • Discover the value of serving others
Why It Matters: Take everything you have discovered about God and yourself and put it into practice by serving others and making a real difference.

*Note: the 3rd session is moved to the 4th Sunday of the month in Jan, Feb, March, May, July, and Dec 2026 due to scheduling conflicts.
