New Small Group Leader Training is a class to help new and aspiring small group leaders develop the skills needed to lead a Vineyard small group.

We believe that empowering thousands of leaders & small groups across Phoenix is the most effective way to change our world.

VC small groups are diverse in topic, format (Bible Studies, hiking groups, book studies, food bank volunteers, healing/recovery, etc), and day/time they meet.

Let us help you explore your natural leadership aptitude. develop practical leadership skills, and start a VC small group.

Upcoming Classes

Small Group Leader Training is a 4-session class from 9:15 to 10:15 AM in the Multi-purpose Game Room on the following dates. Participants need to attend all sessions.
